Our Services

A child’s life and parenthood is filled with new experiences and uncertainties. Our goal is to help ease the journey by offering reliable information and guidance—empowering both you and your child every step of the way.

In-Clinic Pediatric Physical Therapy

Our in-clinic physical therapy services begin with a comprehensive evaluation that reviews your child’s medical and birth history, current physical and functional abilities, and overall development. Together with caregivers, we set personalized goals tailored to your child’s unique needs. Throughout the evaluation and treatment process, we provide ongoing education and guidance for caregivers, hands-on care, progress tracking, and individualized exercises to practice at home to help your child make meaningful progress in their everyday environment. Therapy sessions are fun and play-based, designed to engage and connect with your child while promoting strength, coordination, balance, and confidence. Our individualized approach ensures your child continuously is provided with the unique support they need to reach important milestones and thrive in their everyday lives.

Our private, individualized, and uniquely tailored Developmental Milestone Coaching program is here to help take some of the guessing out of this journey. We provide one-on-one expert guidance, support, and personalized advice to help you understand and encourage your baby’s motor development every step of the way. Together, we’ll celebrate progress, address concerns early, and empower you with the knowledge and confidence to support your child’s growth. Our coaching sessions are usually held in our private clinic space, however we are happy to bring the experience to your home for added convenience. We’ll incorporate your child’s favorite toys and supports to create a comfortable, personalized session. A small travel fee applies for in-home visits, ensuring we bring the best support directly to you!

Insurance and Payments

At Together in Motion, we prioritize what’s best for your child and family while fostering connection and empowerment for everyone we work alongside with. Instead of directly billing insurance companies, we operate as a fee-for-service provider. This approach allows us to offer a level of care that is free from the limitations often imposed by insurance policies, ensuring that your child’s needs come first.

Operating in this way means we can tailor every aspect of your child’s treatment plan, from the pace of progress to the frequency of sessions, based on what is truly needed with the freedom to focus entirely on your child’s well-being. We truly have the flexibility to provide care that is specifically designed for your child within each and every session rather than being dictated by the constraints of insurance companies. It’s all about providing a more personalized, effective experience for your child and family.

While we don’t bill insurance directly, we are more than happy to provide you with an invoice or “super bill” upon request. You can submit this to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits. This means that, even though we’re not in-network with insurance providers, you still have the option to seek reimbursement if your plan allows.
